Summary: M360 was contracted to remodel the ground floor lobby of a mid-rise commercial office building in the heart of Glendale. Included in the work was the creation of a lobby conference center, and the remodel of two upper floor corridors and restrooms. Work was performed in an occupied building, with particular attention paid to ensuring that building tenants were minimally disrupted.
