Summary: M360 was contracted to construct a mezzanine in C&D Zodiac's existing warehouse/production area, which will provide 2,902 SF of storage on the mezzanine level; plus 3,060 SF of improvements underneath the mezzanine to include construction of (4) new production rooms, a mock-up room & a break room.
Additionally, the project consists of 13,018 SF of office improvements to include construction of new offices with clerestory features, several built-in architectural millwork components and a radial lighting pattern throughout the open office space.
