Summary: M360 was contracted to construct a new creative office space for an expanding software company and to separately remodel the client’s existing space in the same building. The contract was awarded during the pre-construction phase. M360 assisted with meeting the client’s budget while maintaining their requirements for design and aesthetics. Construction was performed on an accelerated schedule and included unique finishes and design elements.
