Summary: M360 was contracted to function as Project and Construction Manager for the relocation of this creative advertising agency from their previous 12,000 square foot offices in Long Beach to an extraordinary 28,000 square foot, two level, former movie theater space in Huntington Beach. Responsibilities included creating and overseeing project budget and schedule, coordinating architect, engineers and consultants, selection and management of general contractors, furniture vendors, low voltage cabling, audio/visual equipment, security, signage and move management. M360 was also instrumental in value engineering efforts for the project, interface and communication with City of Huntington Beach and overseeing all contracts associated with project.

The project included many creative architectural elements, including a contemporary design which integrates the beach theme of the nearby ocean, large open spaces within the suite, an open mezzanine and conference rooms that extend out over the mezzanine into the open center portion of the space, a movie room, various war rooms, a grandstand staircase and umbrellas hung from the open ceiling.

Grupo Gallegos has been featured in the June issue of Interior Design Magazine, a nationally acclaimed commercial design publication, and Manage360 Constructors received acknowledgement as one of the key members of the project team. Interior Design Magazine article
