Summary: M360 was contracted to perform Project Management and General Contracting services for a second phase project for Grupo Gallegos. This phase included interior construction within an additional 8,800 SF of adjacent space that formerly housed two movie theaters.
The design elements of the first phase were continued throughout the additional space and included a full sized Sport Court, open areas for future expansion of workstations, offices and meeting spaces, plus restrooms, showers and locker rooms. The Sport Court included basketball, volleyball, futsal (indoor soccer) and a baseball batting cage.
