Summary: M360 provided general contracting services for this multi phased tenant improvement project in two separate buildings. Scope of work included eight new meeting rooms equipped with technology utilized for educational seminars, six new restrooms, kitchenettes, café rooms, and private offices. Project was reengineered during construction to rectify plumbing connection design challenges and a third phase was added by tenant during construction. Project was completed on the original schedule.
