Summary: M360 was contracted to renovate a shell TI space into an office space for in IT consulting company. Highlights of the space included open ceilings and exposed concrete floors, installation of a new skylight, to assist in lighting the space, and unique electrical requirements.
This project was completed in conjunction with an adjacent market ready Spec Suite for the building, which also included open ceilings, exposed concrete floors, and additional skylights.
