Summary: M360 was contracted to perform a full floor renovation for a medical client in Los Angeles. The work included exam and procedure rooms, laboratories, staff and counseling offices, staff lounge, executive conference center and lounge, and reception and waiting areas. There was extensive power, mechanical and plumbing work associated with the project, including installation of new 800 amp breaker, 30 KVA UPS battery back-up system and a 180 KW/225 KVA diesel generator with particulate filter. The project was also the first large Title 24 compliant project for this client.
