Summary: M360 was contracted to construct the first new restaurant for Ramona’s Mexican Food in over 25 years. Ramona’s has become a household name over the past 60 years in the South Los Angeles area resulting from the success of their three original “Deli” restaurants.
The construction consisted of the complete renovation of a space occupied by a former restaurant. The renovation included installation of new food preparation equipment, steam tables, electric heating equipment, gas cooking equipment and a new grease hood exhaust system. The space also received new accent lighting fixtures and all new floor, ceiling & wall finishes throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
