Summary: M360 was contracted to renovate a full floor TI space into two high end spec suites, including many above standard fixtures and finishes. Work was successfully completed on a tight budget and timeline.
Each suite included perimeter offices with full glass walls, open areas with exposed ceilings, conference rooms, break rooms and reception areas with exposed concrete floors.
These suites were built by the Landlord to be marketed to potential tenants. The Sunset consists of an exclusive office tower and retail plaza in the highly desirable Sunset Strip area of West Hollywood.
